3D Dining Chair: Sledge Base

Description

A rectangular steel sledge base denotes this model of 3D Dining Chair from Denmark's Gubi. Boris Berlin and Poul Christiansen of Copenhagen's Komplot Design offer their update of the molded shell seating in ultra-slim veneer in American walnut, oak or black stained beech. Ergonomically shaped for long-sitting comfort and with its all edges pointing away from the user, the chair's design has won wide recognition, including permanent placement in NYC's Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).
